On design and order process:

Why choose Wink?

Written in Ink (WINK) specializes in creating unique, modern and stylish invitations at very affordable prices. Each and every wedding invitation can be customized with your choice of colors, fonts, motifs and from our wide selection of embellishments for a truly distinctive invitation ensemble that represents your upcoming wedding.

How are your wedding invites printed?

All our invitations are printed thru our digital image press. There are some limitations, though, associated with digital printing such as slight shifts in color and inability to print metallic shades (silver, gold, etc). Digital printing keeps the overall costs down for our couples while maintaining exceptional quality.

What is the invitation order process like?

We made our order process very simple in these 5 easy steps.

Step 1:
Choose your design. We currently have over a hundred very unique designs and we aim to launch new designs every quarter.

Step 2:
Choose the size and type of paper you would like to use for your invites.

Step 3:
Decide on the invitation components you would need.

Step 4:
Should you want to spice up your invitations, you may choose your embellishments from our wide selection of available accents or design elements.

Step 5:
You will receive a quote based on all the details and specs you have chosen. When the price is acceptable to you, then you're good to go. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to begin production.

How long will my order take?

Upon receipt of all details and 50% down payment, we need about 2 to 3 working days to prepare the layouts. Once we receive your final approval on the layouts or the mock-up, we need 10 working days for printing.

How far in advance should I order my invitations?

We recommend that you start canvassing for a printer or stationer at least four months before your wedding or event to allow you enough time to choose the printer you will be comfortable working with. Though our production lead time is only 10 working days upon final approval, the whole process of choosing your design and finalizing the different elements of your invite may take long so we strongly recommend you start placing your order for invites as soon as the venue, time and dates are finalized to avoid the seasonal rush.

When should I distribute my wedding invitations?

Invitations should be sent out 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. Destination weddings or holiday weddings can be mailed out earlier so that your guests can plan their leaves.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, we can accommodate most rush orders depending on the quantity and the invitation style and our production load. Rush orders are shipped after 5 working days upon the client's approval. Any order which will be required to be finished in less than 10 working days will be considered a rush order and will be charged a rush fee of P3,000.00.

Do you have a minimum order of invites?

Yes, our minimum quantity is 80 pcs.

Do you give extra invites and envelopes?

Since Wink is priced very conservatively, we do not give free extra invites and envelopes.

Do you provide a free mock-up?

Yes. Our prices are inclusive of one free mock-up. A mock-up is produced after a Client makes the request. However, we encourage that our Clients request for the mock-up when all details have been finalized as there is already a charge for the succeeding mock-ups should the Client require a new one. We charge P500 for every succeeding mock-up.

Do you deliver invites?

We have 3 pick-up points:

1 our main office in Makati
2 in The Wedding Lounge
3 in the shop of Veronica Velayo at the Service Town of Alabang Town Center

However, should you really want your invites delivered to you, we may do so using the services of our courier partners, actual cost of which will be on your account.

Do you accept reorders and how much will it be? How fast can you do it?

Yes, we accept reorders and unit price will be the same as the first order. Lead time is about 5 to 7 working days.

Do you accept international invitation orders?

Definitely! We are always thrilled to receive International orders for wedding invitations. Please let us know upfront if you are on a strict timeline as shipping needs to be taken into consideration. We will always select the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method since the client pays for shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque and credit card. We're also accepting payments through Paypal.




On design / customization:

Can I customize the layout?

Yes, you may modify any of our designs by altering colors, adding images (monograms, motifs, and design elements), changing the size, colors, fonts, etc. Let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you to create your customized invitation. For a highly customized design, we charge a design fee of P1500.00.

What colors are your envelopes?

Our invitation design styles come with standard white or off-white envelopes. However, you can upgrade to colored envelopes. You may inquire to our Account Executives for available colors.

Do you have a catalog or a brochure you can send me?

Due to our constantly evolving designs, we do not issue a printed catalog. Most of our products and designs can be viewed in our website and are on display in our main shop and two satellite branches.

Does the invitation include an outer envelope?

No. We are an environmentally aware company and we do not believe there is a need for an outer or second envelope unless you intend to mail most of your invitations. The less paper we use, the more trees we save! However, wedding invitation etiquette in the past has suggested having 2 envelopes, and if some couples choose to have an outer envelope, we are pleased to fill their request however, we do not include it in our price. We charge P10 for an outer envelope.

Can you print the names and address on the envelope?

Yes. Our rate for desk-top envelope printing is P10 per envelope regardless of the number of lines to be printed in one envelope.

Can you do translation invites?

Yes. So far we've done invitations in Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish and Dutch. We, however, require our Clients to provide us with the translation in soft copy.

Do you have any themed style wedding invitations?

Not all of our designs are on the website, so please feel free to email us to check if we have a particular wedding invitation style that you are looking for. Also, if you are working on a specific budget, please do let us know - this way we can help recommend a particular style or design that can meet your budget.
